Terri Boyd
Terri established Boyd Consulting Partners in 2009 with a unique mission: offering hands-on, personalized service to boutique Investment and Wealth Management Firms. Setting her firm apart from traditional retained search firms, Terri focuses on tailoring her services to the specific needs of her clients, delivering top-notch talent, whether for C-level positions or Associate roles.
Prior experience includes 17 years with Management Recruiters International during which time she achieved the following: Rookie of the year, Account Executive of the year, Rookie Manager of the Year, Manager of the Year and Rookie office of the year.
Bill Boyd
Bill's extensive corporate human resources background fortifies Boyd Consulting Partners in supporting both candidates and clients holistically through the hiring process and beyond.
Joining BCP three years post-its inception, Bill passionately serves as a reliable, forthright, and responsive resource, especially as clients undergo expansion.
His HR expertise uniquely positions BCP as a trusted partner offering services that exceed traditional retained search firms. Bill's accessible guidance encompasses advising clients on organizational design, competitive employee compensation packages, HR policies, and fostering positive employee relations.
Previously, Bill spearheaded Unisys Corporation's Global HR Service Delivery team and directed corporate HR programs as the Director of Human Resources at CDI Engineering Solutions.
