Importance of Personal Visits from BCP Account Directors
If you’re considering partnering with BCP for the first time, we will strongly recommend prior to initiating any recruiting activity on your behalf that we conduct a Personal Visit (PV) with your organization. A PV consists of an on-site tour of any the facilities at which our candidates will be working and face-to-face meetings with some of the key individuals with whom he/she will be interacting.
Depending upon the size of your company and the nature of the project (e.g. multiple hires, large volume project, etc.), several BCP team members may attend the PV, which typically lasts 1-2 hours.
These visits are vital to our ability to effectively and accurately describe the work environment, culture, and personalities to candidates. This is important information for our Recruiting Professionals not only as they look to promote the opportunity to prospective applicants in the most favorable light possible, but also to ensure that they pursue only candidates who would be the best fit for your needs.
Even for repeat clients, when we begin discussions regarding a new search we may still recommend a PV if we believe it will enhance our ability to serve you.
