Interviewing at BCP's Facility

We at Boyd Consulting Partners welcome you to use our location as your own meeting space before, during or after normal business hours. Why do so many of our clients regularly choose to conduct interviews at our facility, rather than in their own offices?

· Convenient – Now located in the East Falls section of Philadelphia, we are at the far western edge of the city.Just minutes from the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76), the Blue Route (I-476), City Avenue and Lincoln Drive, we are a convenient meeting hub for Center City, the Main Line, Conshohocken, King of Prussia, South Jersey and Wilmington.

· Discreet – Due to the confidential nature of many of the searches we conduct, it is often not feasible for managers to bring candidates to their own site in the presence of other employees. BCP’s office is a great alternative that can ensure privacy.

· Technology – When face-to-face meetings are not an option, some of our clients take advantage of our on-site video conferencing capabilities.Many find that this is vastly more effective than telephone interviews and can save on travel time and expenses.

· Efficient – Some clients find it a time-saver to conduct multiple interviews (e.g. with a BCP recruiter and 2 managers or a BCP recruiter and HR) on-site for each candidate during one session.This approach can be particularly effective during high-volume hiring projects or for urgent hires with accelerated start requirements.
